We provide professional website and mobile application design and development services. Our offerings may include front-end and back-end development, hosting setup, domain registration, and other related digital solutions as agreed upon in your project proposal or contract.

1.2 Post-Delivery Support
We offer 90 days of complimentary support after the successful delivery of your website or mobile application.
During this support period, you may contact us for assistance with:

  • Hosting-related issues

  • Domain-related concerns

  • Bug fixes or technical issues directly related to the delivered product

This support does not include new feature requests, redesigns, third-party plugin errors, or modifications outside the original project scope. After the support period ends, any additional work will be billed separately.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 20 days from the date of purchase or project initiation. To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within this period.

2.2 Non-Refundable Domain Fees
Please note that domain registration fees are non-refundable, as domains are purchased from third-party providers. If a domain name was included in your package, its cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The company reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated policy or for projects that have been substantially completed.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback necessary for the completion of your project.
3.2 You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables during and after development to ensure they meet agreed specifications.
3.3 You agree not to use the delivered website or application for unlawful or unethical purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom design, code, and content created for your project will be transferred to you, except for any third-party tools, frameworks, or plugins used in development.
4.2 We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We make every effort to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable digital solutions. However, we are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registrars, or APIs)

  • Downtime, data loss, or cyberattacks beyond our control

  • Client misuse or modifications of the product after delivery

5.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any stage with written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of termination. Any pending refunds will be handled according to our refund policy.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
